Nina Ljungars has been a professional coach for more than 20 years. She has an MBA in Economics and Marketing from the University of Uppsala in Sweden. Nina is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the ICF and a certified coach mentor. She has also been a chapter host for ICF Stockholm for more than two years and over time has been active in many other ICF groups in Sweden and internationally.
Nina is also a coach trainer and has trained and mentored many coaches from all over the world, supporting their learning and development in their journey to become accredited coaches.
Before embarking on her coaching career she had several managerial roles, mainly in the health care industry, but also has experience from education, retail, tourism, construction and transportation.
As a coach she regularly works with senior executives and other leaders and management clients who are challenged by rapid changes in today’s volatile world. It can also be that they have reached a crossroads in their career or need to resolve a conflict within the team or key stakeholder relationships. Other common themes are inclusion and diversion or dealing with complicated redundancy issues.
A feature of her coaching relationships is a strong focus on challenging perceptions, assumptions and self‐limiting beliefs, and identifying what it takes to achieve career success and be an inspirational leader. She explores new ideas, often weaving creative tools into her coaching style, and challenges the client to see new options if needed. Clients say that Nina has the perfect balance of dealing with tough dilemmas or situations and a sense of humour. She has a great sense of knowing when to push forward and challenge more, and when to be supportive and just stay in the present.
