Patrizia Amanati

After over 25 years of international business experience in senior roles Patrizia retrained as a coach and facilitator. In 2009 she joined the first cohort of the MSC in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School where she was introduced to Systemic Coaching and Constellations. She went on to join the Coaching Constellations team in 2011 where she continues to facilitate across the core curriculum.

She is driven by a real passion to facilitate individual, team and organisational development. Patrizia is a trusted partner to those that want to develop greater awareness and understanding of themselves and the wider systems they are part of in order to make sustainable lasting change and transformation.

She successfully integrates Systemic Coaching and Constellations with a wide range of coaching approaches and tools in her work with international and European clients in the public and private sectors. Patrizia is also a Certified Team Coach and is qualified and licensed in range of tools offering deeper insights and different perspectives such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Leadership Circle and DiSC.

Fluent in three languages, she integrates her corporate and coaching knowledge into to her work with individuals, teams and whole organisations.
