Ruchi Goyal is a Lecturer in International Business and Strategy with about 15 years’ experience in management as a practitioner in leading firms of the Media and Entertainment industry, and more recently as an academic.

Ruchi joined the department of International Business and Strategy in August 2022.

Her research lies at the confluence of Governing Boards and Digitalisation. In the dynamic era of the 4.0 economy, her research specifically explores the ways governing boards coupled with their Top Management Teams work towards creating their Cybersecurity strategy and operationalising it, respectively.

She has presented her research at international conferences including EURAM (European Academy of Management), EGOS (European Group for Organisational Studies), BAM (British Academy of Management).
