Sinyee Koh

Sinyee manages the Duff & Phelps Compliance and Regulatory Consulting practice in Singapore. She advises financial services firms on licensing and ongoing Singapore and cross-border regulatory requirements and reviews firms’ risk management, internal controls and compliance arrangements.

Before joining Duff & Phelps, Sinyee practiced in the Hong Kong and London offices of a top City law firm. Her practice areas were contentious financial services regulation and white collar investigations. From 2008 to 2014, Sinyee worked at the Monetary Authority of Singapore and has handled various roles including enforcement, investigating and prosecuting market abuse and mis-selling, and financial market strategy development.

Sinyee is admitted to practice law in Singapore, Hong Kong, England and New York. She also speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Japanese and French.
