Suzanne Hayes-Jones is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), coach development specialist and experienced coach mentor with more than 20 years' experience helping individuals, leaders and coaches achieve meaningful and sustainable change.

Much of Suzanne's work over the last decade has focused on developing coaches. She has designed and delivered coach development programmes, mentored coaches working towards ICF accreditation, and supported internal coaches through both individual and group supervision.

Known for her pragmatic approach and ability to create trusted learning environments, Suzanne combines supportive challenge with practical feedback, helping coaches strengthen their confidence, capability and professional judgement.

Suzanne holds an ICF MCC accreditation, a Master's in Coaching & Development, a Diploma in Coaching Supervision and is a trained team coach.
