Tahani Alawaji is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Her research is centred around the theme of leadership and sustainability within human resources.
Tahani earned her MSc in Management from Swansea University in 2019. Previously she also qualified with a BSC in Business Administration (Human Resources) from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia, in 2008.
