Vicky is a visiting fellow at Henley Business School with over 12 years of experience consulting in strategy, policy and economics. For the past nine years she has been teaching strategic thinking and effective Board-level communications skills in Europe, the USA, India, South Africa and China. Her experience includes custom designed senior management development programmes with Abbey National and Ford Motor Company, and teaching strategy on the Henley MBA programmes.

In addition to Henley, Vicky also teaches at the Centre for Management Development at London Business School where clients have included IBM, BT, Microsoft, EDS, Nortel Networks, Roche Diagnostics, Viacom, and Bovis Lend Lease.

She is a director at Better Strategy Ltd and designs and delivers customized programmes for the firm’s corporate clients, professional service firms and the public sector. Clients have included Volvo, Fremantle Media, DHL, Maersk, IBM (in Europe, the US, and India), and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and a NHS Primary Care Trust.

Over the years, Vicky has acquired extensive experience developing the strategy skills of senior executives and professionals using traditional classroom instruction, and coaching project teams and individuals.

Vicky’s experience includes coaching participants undertaking business critical projects at Deutsche Bank global technology and operations team, Danske Bank, GE Capital Consumer Finance, Roche Diagnostics and Toms Gruppen. Her one-to-one strategy coaching experience includes senior executives at HP, UK Trade and Investment and Ofcom.

Prior to specializing in executive education, Vicky worked as a management consultant for Coopers & Lybrand (later to become PricewaterhouseCoopers and now a management consulting division of IBM). Working in the firms Strategy, Policy and Economics group, she undertook consulting assignments in both the public and private sectors, including financial services, education and aviation.

Prior to Coopers & Lybrand, Vicky worked as a public affairs and corporate communications consultant at the Waterfront Partnership.

Vicky has a BA Politics and English in and an MSc in Philosophy. She is also an accredited practitioner of the LifO behavioural preference profiling method.
