Yusuf's research investigates the effects of tokenization on the real estate sector, focusing on the financial performance of tokenized real estate assets through Security Token Offerings (STO) and Initial Coin Offerings (ICO). He holds a Master's degree in Applied Data Science from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Germany, as well as a dual Master's degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance, and Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University in the UK. Yusuf has accumulated several years of experience working across the real estate sector in four different countries, gaining significant expertise with various types of building assets.
