Zita is an executive coach and consultant, and founder and president of PebbleJam Leadership. She is a professional certified coach (PCC), a team coach (ACTC), a credentialing assessor at the ACC and PCC level and a registered mentor coach with the International Coaching Federation based in Miami, USA.

She has been an ICF member since 2005 and was the president of the South Florida chapter. Her background includes extensive international corporate human resources management, organisational development and executive coaching at General Electric. Zita joined the Henley team in 2017, supporting the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching programme and later the Team, Board & Systemic Coaching programme.

In 2006–2007, Zita completed her coach training in London and New York at the Co-Active Training Institute and holds a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) certification from CTI. She also trained with the Center for Right Relationships (CRR) in Washington, DC. She uses the Co-Active® Coaching model and the ORSC™ model (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) in her work, along with the Hogan assessments.

Comfortable in different cultures and at any level of an organisation, Zita often works with leaders at the mid-to-upper levels, including executives. Her passion is to create transformational change that promotes exceptional leadership in organisations and communities. She also runs leadership programmes and workshops for women executives. Since the COVID pandemic, she has added corporate wellness programmes and workshops to her offerings.

Zita has worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as non-profits, startups and small businesses. Her clients include NASA, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, Ralph Lauren, Bank Atlantic, BB&T and Nova Southeastern University, to name a few. Her mentoring and coaching experience includes both US and international clients and coaches.
