Workday Apprenticeships with Henley Business School

Workday and Henley Business School are delighted to unveil four apprenticeship programmes, carefully selected to align with Workday's strategic vision and to enhance the skills of our current employees.

These programmes cater to aspiring workmates, High-Performing Individual Contributors, People Leaders and our Senior Leadership team seeking to invest in their development.

How to apply

Henley's Apprenticeship Engagement Team will be on hand to guide individuals and their line managers through their chosen apprenticeship programme application process.

FAQs

Do Workday have their own assessment and selection process?

Those interested in a programme will need to submit the Workday internal application form by 1st July and the application will be reviewed by Workday, factoring in the following selection criteria:

  • We are targeting 10 spaces for high-potential workmates to invest in our talent and future leadership at phase one
  • Open to Individual Contributors and People Leaders
  • Minimum 12 months tenure at Workday and six months in role
  • Must have lived in England for at least three years prior to programme start date

How often will I be expected to attend face-to-face workshops at Henley?

The programmes require learners to attend workshops at the start of the programme and for each module. Business Administration is one day per module totalling around 14 days. Future Leaders has one or two workshops per module totalling around 12 days. Applied Management is one day per module totalling around 34 days. *

*Programme schedules detailing specific dates will be shared prior to the programmes starting.

What qualifications are offered in the programme?

Participants have the opportunity to pursue degree and masters level equivalent qualifications in management-related fields, providing valuable insights and knowledge to excel in their roles.

How does the programme enhance management skills?

The programme is designed to enhance participants' management skills, equipping them with tools and strategies needed to drive improvement and transformation within their respective areas of responsibility.

How can the Apprenticeship Levy be used?

The Apprenticeship Levy funds can cover tuition costs associated with the programme. Eligible employees can access these funds to participate in the Apprenticeship Programme, offering a cost-effective way to further their education and career development.
