Coaching Research Series - The Science Behind Achieving Goals: Theory, Myths and Practice - Ana-Maria Chirila

This webinar will provide evidence-based tools used in goal attainment, with practical implications and tips. Some common myths about goal setting and achievement will also be dispelled.

The practical part addresses mainly goal pursuit and the process of reaching a specific goal by going through all the steps involved. The tools are easy to implement on a day-to-day basis, increasing the likelihood of you reaching your goal, both in coaching sessions and beyond.

Ana-Maria Chirila is an ICF-accredited coach (ACC) and a Henley Centre for Coaching Associate. A wife and a mother of two girls, she holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology and completed the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) at Henley Business School in July 2023. Ana-Maria is a notary public in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and has been running her law firm for 14 years. She also has a degree in Dental Medicine.
