Description
Do you limit your allyship to LGBT+ people by displaying Pride flags and sharing your pronouns – while keeping your coaching focused on the workplace? If so, you’re missing a large chunk of people’s skills and resources.
By being uninterested or blind to what a person is doing outside the office, coaches are missing a significant part of the picture. This webinar will discuss why expanding your viewpoint as a coach is important to help your clients achieve their goals.
We’ll consider:
• when to bring up gender and sexuality in coaching conversations
• what questions to ask
• how to set appropriate limits for sharing information in both directions
Who Should Attend?
This webinar will be primarily for coaches but will also be useful for anyone who uses coaching methodologies in leadership or development. It will also be of benefit to anyone who wishes to gain insight into experiences that LGBT+ people encounter in organisations, and those who seek to draw the best out of the people they work with.
Accreditations
By attending this event live, you will receive 1 CCEU unit from the ICF and 1 CPD hour from the AC.
