Description
Building reputation is important to the success of any organisation, but reputation is often contested. Different stakeholder groups have different agendas and interests, often pulling the organisation in different directions. But how can leaders balance the competing needs of customers, employees and communities for success? What actions can individual leaders take to create impact in their spheres of influence? And how can they build successful organisations in an increasingly contested world? In this session, Kevin will answer these questions, sharing case studies from his research with organisations such as Canon, the NHS and Unilever. He will also share examples of reputation dashboards that leaders use to manage competing stakeholder needs.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this session, you will have gained:
- an understanding of how to measure reputation
- knowledge of how to build a reputation that will meet the needs of competing stakeholders – knowing which levers to pull
- an understanding of how to use reputation to drive strategy, business success and sustainability
Who is this for
The session is for leaders and senior managers who are interested in how to represent the performance of their departments and their people, and to create a positive reputation for themselves and for their teams, both internally and externally. It is for leaders who want to understand how to create a positive reputation for their business.
