Description

Creating successful, high-performance teams requires skilful leadership. This masterclass is aimed at team leaders who are experiencing team interpersonal conflict, low performance or who simply want to develop more productive or high-performance teams. This experiential workshop will help you diagnose team dysfunctions and their causes. You will learn how to overcome these dysfunctions, give constructive feedback to help team members develop, and create an environment where everyone can flourish.

Learning Outcomes

  • learn about the importance of trust and psychological safety
  • practise giving feedback and initiating feedforward

Sabehia Mohamed

Sabehia Mohamed

Sabehia specialises in leadership and team development, organisational and cultural change, and executive coaching. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has been an Executive Fellow of Henley Business School since 2009 where, as Programme Director, she designs and delivers leadership programmes for corporate clients.

Formerly a senior consultant with KPMG, Sabehia has worked internationally in the private, public and third sectors. As Head of Human Resources for Berkshire County Council’s Education Department, she has extensive experience of managing and leading people.
