Description
This interactive session demystifies AI for professionals who want to understand what it is, how it works and why it matters, without the hype. We’ll explore real-world examples of AI in business, its capabilities and limits, and how to think critically about its use. No technical background is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to challenge assumptions. By the end, you will feel more confident engaging with AI in your own roles and organisations.
Learning Outcomes
This session will give you:
- an understanding of what AI is and how it works
- appreciation of what AI can do for organisations
- greater confidence in using and bringing AI into your teams and your organisation
Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to understand more about how AI works, what it’s useful for in business and what some of the pitfalls and wider considerations are for business users.
