Description
For most organisations, it’s teams that are the primary unit of performance, not individuals – whether at the top, in the middle or on the frontline of organisations, where ‘teaming’ has a direct effect on service, quality, productivity and morale.
Richard’s ‘Three core disciplines for leadership and team performance’ provide a clear, practical focus for getting the best from your teams. They’re rooted in 25 years of experience working with organisations in a range of sectors, globally, and backed by a wealth of research. Best of all – they’re simple, create impact and are easy to use. Plus, each discipline acts as a doorway to an abundance of tools and techniques to help take your team to the next level, whatever that means for you.
In this highly interactive session, you’ll use the ‘Three core disciplines’ to work on a team you’re currently leading. We’ll look at the habits and mindsets required for teams and leaders to deliver on those core disciplines in a world of increasing complexity, uncertainty, ambiguity and rapid change.
