Description
AI might be seen as the latest panacea for many process efficiencies and cost savings – and while this is true to some extent, like any IT project, it will fail without bringing your people along for the ride. Some may see themselves as ‘zoomers’ – keen to embrace the technology, others may be ‘doomers’. However, a structured approach to implementation, both at Board and management level, will help land this exciting technology effectively, encouraging uptake and realising the much hoped-for efficiencies.
Learn what AI is, where it’s going, how to create an AI roadmap, the pitfalls – for instance, running so many pilot projects that your business and people can’t keep up and ideas for suggested efficiencies fall on stony ground – and, most importantly, how you can show your team that it will enhance their jobs not just change or replace them.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this session, you will:
- have an overall knowledge and awareness of AI
- know how to create an AI roadmap for implementing AI in your business
- know how to bring your people along
Who is this for?
Company directors and senior managers outside the IT function, who are keen to know more about how to direct AI implementation in their businesses.
