A highly experiential workshop which combines interactions with horses (on the ground – not horse riding) and non-directive coaching in powerful learning experiences, through which participants develop deep self-awareness of how they ‘show up’ and the patterns they run.

By interacting with horses, delegates come face to face with their personal leadership challenges and are coached to overcome them. The changes they make are reflected instantly in a dramatic and memorable way by the response of the horses.

By the end of the session, you will have:

• feedback on how you ‘show up’ and the impact that has on others
• an understanding of how to adapt your personal energy and focus
• enhanced emotional awareness

Rosalie is Managing Director of LeadChange. She is a chartered psychologist, has a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and holds qualifications in a range of psychometric assessments and coaching techniques. Rosalie has built a reputation for delivering high-quality leadership development programmes and uses a blend of psychology, current leadership thinking, neuroscience and commercial knowledge to deliver high impact, experiential learning.
