Description

Schema therapy is a highly successful approach for helping clients with a wide range of psychological disorders. In a recent development Dr Iain McCormick has adapted this approach, that was originally used with the clinical population, for use with coaching clients. A schema is an early organised and persistent pattern of thoughts, feelings and behaviour that has a profound impact on adult life. Schema can have either a positive or negative influence on the individual.

This presentation, based on his book Schema Coaching: Overcoming Deep-seated Challenges. The presentation will be suitable for all coaches, coaching psychologists, coaching educators, and anyone with a general interest in this topic.
