Description

The objective of this strategy masterclass is to help leaders create and execute strategy more effectively.

During the first half of the day we will consider the nature of strategy, explore its myths and realities, and consider the mindset that is required to conceive winning strategies. We will focus on enhancing your market-oriented strategy development skills, and thereby enhance your ability to contribute to the long-term growth and success of your business.

The second half of the day will attend to strategy execution. We will explore why organisations develop inertia and often fail to deliver on their chosen strategies. Based on a road-tested strategy execution model, we will examine the organisational ‘hardware’ and ‘software’ required to translate strategy into results.

The masterclass will offer practical tools and will be highly interactive, combining theoretical rigour with field notes based on stories and insights from other organisations.
