Think of a time when you listened to an exceptional speaker at a conference – how great was their ability to influence you? How great might their ability be, to make an impact and to influence the outcomes of a meeting?
As a leader, nothing is more crucial than having the skills and confidence to influence individuals and teams inside and outside their organisation. But this doesn’t usually happen as a matter of course – it takes skill-building and practice.
This one-day masterclass will allow participants to assess where they are now, and will provide the knowledge and tools to transform their effectiveness both at work and in their personal lives.
It will be fast paced. It will challenge individuals and accepted practice. It will be highly practical – and people will leave with the confidence, capability and energy to influence others and create greater impact than ever before.
By the end of the event you will have:
- assessed yourself and others
- decided on the changes you need to make
- given feedback to others.
Who Should Attend?
Individuals who lack confidence in pressure situations.
Individuals who are confident and would like to refine their existing skills and experience.
Individuals who are not sure how to improve their ability to influence.
This events primary theme is PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS and the secondary theme is LEADERSHIP.
It is relevant to the development of Influence, Confidence, Communication, Persuade, Negotiate, Rehearsals.
