Chris Collison draws on 30 years of knowledge management (KM) and change experience, having worked with more than 180 client organisations, to explore areas of KM in more depth and detail. The session will be rich in case studies, tools and artefacts, using public, private and non-profit organisation examples.

Topics will be prioritised by participants in advance, but might include:

• engaging and communicating KM
• knowledge retention and handover
• lessons identified, learned and applied
• measuring KM capability and impact
• implementation and change management for KM
• developing KM strategy
• how AI enables KM (and vice versa)
• designing and supporting communities of practice
• KM, organisational learning and organisational culture
• KM clinic – collective ‘peer assist’ on an issue or change brought by a participant

Chris is an established knowledge management consultant who has had the privilege to serve over 160 client organisations over the past 18 years through his company Knowledgeable Ltd.

He works internationally, connecting with a network of high-calibre knowledge management consultants in different countries who work with him on larger assignments.
