Description

How does information and knowledge flow around modern organisations (especially those with non-hierarchical structures and experiencing dynamic change)? How can we create a sense of belonging and identity in a world of remote working? In this session, John Hovell will explore ideas for working with culture in the modern organisation. As a co-founder of STRATactical International, John has worked with many organisations. He will share his personal experiences of knowledge management; organisation development; diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility; and conversational leadership. Be prepared for some enlightening sharing and learning through conversations!
