Speaker Bio
Dr. Xia Li is Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at London Business School. Her research focuses on sustainability and innovation, with particular interests in how firms respond to systemic risks such as climate change, biodiversity loss and geopolitical risk, as well as firms’ investment in and adoption of innovations, particularly green technologies. Her research has been published in leading journals, including Strategic Management Journal and Nature Communications.
Dr. Li has received several research awards, including the 2026 HKU ESGRI Best Working Paper Award, the UN PRI Best PhD Paper Award, and Questrom’s Award for Outstanding Doctoral Research. She also serves on the Editorial Review Board of Strategic Management Journal.
