On February 1 this year, Heads Together and Row crossed the finish line of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2018, in a time of 50 days, 22 hours and 38 minutes.

The team of four set off from La Gomera in the Canary Islands on 12 December and rowed 3,000 miles to English Harbour in Antigua, carrying all of their food and equipment on board and spending Christmas and New Year at sea.

Their epic adventure was the focus of a Henley Business School research project, led by Dr Caroline Rook, looking at developing individual and team resilience over time. It is based on individual diaries they kept every three days while they were at sea.

We invite you to join us for the launch of the initial findings of the study, as well as a panel discussion and audience Q&A with all four members of the crew. Guests can also enjoy an exhibition featuring photos and items from the race.

This event is a chance to celebrate the team’s fantastic achievement and hear all about their experiences, as well as giving them a proper welcome home.

Please note: There will be filming/photography taking place at this event.
