The conference will be held as a face-to-face event, with an option to attend online via Microsoft Teams for those unable to attend in person. It will take place on 11 February 2026 from 1:30pm to 6:00pm in room 108 of the Henley Business School building, Whiteknights campus.
The doctoral research conference is a great opportunity for doctoral students to present their research, either by presentations or posters, and learn from research being conducted across all departments, as well as receive feedback from leading academics and business professionals.
This year's conference theme is From Insight to Transformation: Bridging Interdisciplinary Research, Practice and Global Business Challenges. The theme highlights the many ways our work connects theory, application and global perspectives.
The conference offers a supportive space to present your work, explore new ideas and connect with fellow researchers from across Henley Business School.

Panel
This year’s panel consists of highly esteemed professors and leading business professionals from our partners. The panel will review and assess all submissions and presentation of both papers and posters before announcing this year's winners.
Panel Discussion
At the end of the conference, we will engage the panel in a discussion. They will elaborate on the research that has been presented, the value of the research on context and how organisations can benefit from research generated by leading academic institutions such as Henley Business School.
Diploma of Participation
All researchers who are presenting (by presentations or posters) will receive a Diploma of Participation for their contribution to the Doctoral Research Conference 2024.
Additional Information
This year's conference will be held at Henley Business School's Whiteknights campus. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
