Henley Centre for Coaching 'Building a Business Academy'
We're back with round two of our Building a Business Academy - a 2 day online masterclass in business fundamentals for coaches, combining some of the best bits from our recent Business Bootcamps as well as 2023's 'Building a Business' series of webinars.
Starting and growing a business is a challenge - but we're here to help.
Facilitated by Kate Freedman - author of The Coaching Solopreneur and a successful executive coach and business owner - this 2-day masterclass will focus on the foundations required to build a sustainable business, allowing you to grow your coaching practice and help more clients.
We'll be joined throughout the 2-days by a range of expert guest speakers, each with a wealth of experience of running their own successful coaching business and in working with coaches to help them build their own.
