These information sessions provide an opportunity to hear directly from programme tutors and alumni, gain insight into the learning experience, and explore how Henley's advanced coaching qualifications can support your professional and personal growth.

Henley Professional Certificate in Advanced Coaching Practice

12:00 - 12:45

Meet tutors Karen Foy and Dr Julia Carden, as well as alumni, as they share how this evidence-based, practitioner-focused programme (aligned with ICF PCC markers) deepens your coaching expertise and supports professional accreditation.

The Henley Professional Certificate in Advanced Coaching Practice enables you to:

  • Develop advanced one-to-one coaching skills through extensive practice and feedback
  • Receive three one-to-one mentoring sessions
  • Study part-time over six months in a flexible, blended format.

Ideal for: Coaches aiming to deepen their one-to-one coaching skills and pursue ICF PCC accreditation.

The Henley Professional Certificate in Supervision

Meet tutors Dr Julia Carden and Karen Foy, along with alumni as they introduce this practical, experiential programme where you learn by doing. Discover how participants engage in reflective practice, undertake coaching supervision, and apply key models and frameworks in a supportive learning community.

The Henley Professional Certificate in Supervision is designed to:

  • Empower you to develop practical supervision expertise
  • Equip you with models and frameworks for working with individuals and groups
  • Support your flexible learning over nine months
  • Provide professional recognition through EMCC accreditation and ICF CCE credits - EMCC accredited; provides 35 ICF CCE credits (25 core competencies and 10 resource development).

Ideal for: Experienced coaches who want to become coaching supervisors or add supervision to their practice.

Henley Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching

Meet tutors Lucy Widdowson and Paul Barbour and alumni as they introduce this practical, experiential programme that goes beyond one-to-one coaching to address system-wide organisational change. Discover how participants explore the complexities of organisational systems, inter-group dynamics, and stakeholder relationships in a supportive learning environment.

The Henley Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching is designed to:

  • Empower you to coach teams and drive system-wide organisational change
  • Equip you to work confidently with complex systems and multi-level stakeholders
  • Support your flexible learning over nine months in a blended format
  • Provide professional recognition through EMCC Global (TCQA) accreditation and 60 hours of team coaching education for the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).

Ideal for: Coaches who want to work with teams and drive organisational change.

Henley MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change

Discover how this part-time master's programme combines academic rigour with practical application, enabling experienced coaches to deepen their professional practice and develop a sophisticated understanding of the theories, research and evidence that underpin behavioural change.

The Henley MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change is designed to:

  • Deepen your understanding of behavioural change through evidence-based coaching theory and research
  • Strengthen your ability to create lasting change for individuals, teams and organisations
  • Support your development through a flexible, part-time learning journey completed over 30 months in three stages
  • Enable you to critically evaluate coaching approaches while advancing your professional practice and credibility


Ideal for: Experienced coaches seeking to combine advanced coaching practice with master's-level study and a deeper understanding of behavioural change.
