Join us for Henley’s Coaching Programmes Information Sessions, with two consecutive programme overviews designed to help you discover two of Henley’s flagship coaching qualifications - the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) and the MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change (MSc CBC).
Across these focused briefings, you’ll learn how the PCEC provides a rigorous foundation in executive coaching practice, and how it forms Module 1 of the MSc, creating a clear, structured pathway for those wishing to progress their coaching expertise.
You’ll be guided through study formats, time commitments, assessment approaches and progression routes, helping you decide which programme is right for your stage of the coaching journey.
Whether you’re beginning your coach training or looking to advance towards a master’s‑level qualification, these sessions will provide clarity, insight and space for your questions.
Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching
12:00 - 12:45
This programme is for those with some knowledge or experience of coaching who wish to extend and develop their skills and the influence of coaching in their organisations.
It is studied part-time over 9 months. You can choose between in-person or live-online delivery, for either format, you will undertake a minimum of 20 hours of coaching practice outside of the workshops and virtual supported study.
The assessment is through a portfolio which includes a 2500 word reflection on your development as a coach and a recorded coaching session demonstrating your coaching skills.

Henley MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change

This programme is for those who wish to develop their coaching capabilities further and improve their understanding of the business and organisational context of executive coaching.
It is studied part-time over 30 months, in 3 stages.
NB - For those that are interested in finding out more about The Henley MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change, we recommend also attending The Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching session. The PCEC forms Module 1 of the MScCBC and must be studied before commencing Module 2

Our programmes offer a wide-ranging approach to coaching styles, techniques and practice and are variously accredited by the Association for Coaching, International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
