Henley’s advanced coaching programme portfolio includes the Professional Certificate in Advanced Coaching Practice, the Professional Certificate in Supervision and the Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching. Each programme offers unique benefits and is designed to take you further in your coaching journey.
Whether you’re looking to deepen one-to-one coaching skills, move into supervision, or expand into team and systemic coaching, you’ll gain insights to help you choose the programme that’s right for you.
Information Session 1
Henley Professional Certificate in Advanced Coaching Practice
12:30 - 13:10
Meet Programme Directors Karen Foy and Julia Carden, along with alumni, as they share how this evidence-based, practitioner-focused programme (aligned with ICF PCC markers) deepens your coaching expertise and supports professional accreditation.
The Henley Professional Certificate in Advanced Coaching Practice enables you to:
- Develop advanced one-to-one coaching skills through extensive practice and feedback
- Receive three one-to-one mentoring sessions
- Study part-time over six months in a flexible, blended format.
Ideal for: Coaches aiming to deepen their one-to-one coaching skills and pursue ICF PCC accreditation.
Information Session 2
The Henley Professional Certificate in Supervision

Meet Programme Director Julia Carden and alumni as they introduce this practical, experiential programme where you learn by doing. Discover how participants engage in reflective practice, undertake coaching supervision, and apply key models and frameworks in a supportive learning community.
The Henley Professional Certificate in Supervision is designed to:
- Empower you to develop practical supervision expertise
- Equip you with models and frameworks for working with individuals and groups
- Support your flexible learning over nine months
- Provide professional recognition through EMCC accreditation and ICF CCE credits - EMCC accredited; provides 35 ICF CCE credits (25 core competencies and 10 resource development).
Ideal for: Experienced coaches who want to become coaching supervisors or add supervision to their practice.
Information Session 3
Henley Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching
14:00 - 14:45
Meet Lead Tutors Jude Fairweather, Lucy Widdowson and Paul Barbour and alumni as they introduce this practical, experiential programme that goes beyond one-to-one coaching to address system-wide organisational change. Discover how participants explore the complexities of organisational systems, inter-group dynamics, and stakeholder relationships in a supportive learning environment.
The Henley Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching is designed to:
- Empower you to coach teams and drive system-wide organisational change
- Equip you to work confidently with complex systems and multi-level stakeholders
- Support your flexible learning over nine months in a blended format
- Provide professional recognition through EMCC Global (TCQA) accreditation and 60 hours of team coaching education for the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
Ideal for: Coaches who want to work with teams and drive organisational change.
Accreditation
Our programmes offer a wide-ranging approach to coaching styles, techniques and practice and are variously accredited by the Association for Coaching, International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
