Description
A masterclass that equips leaders with the mindset and methods to spark start-up-level agility inside mature organisations without letting ethics slip. Through evidence-based principles, live ‘pressure-test’ simulations and peer coaching, you will explore how to seize opportunities, navigate red tape and make rapid-fire decisions while keeping reputations (and consciences) intact. This session is designed to help you walk out with a field-ready playbook that you can put into action instantly.
Learning Outcomes
This masterclass will help you:
- explore methods and techniques for inspiring innovation within your business units
- evaluate how to spot and navigate grey-zone risks early and choose paths that protect trust and brand equity
- develop processes, incentives and narratives that let teams fail fast but learn fast – without compromising core values
Who is this for?
For executives and profit and loss owners leading transformation or growth agendas; business unit and function heads charged with driving innovation at scale; and strategy, HR and L&D directors shaping organisational culture and capability.
Dr Adeyinka Adewale
