We invite you to our second Henley Challenges event of 2020. Henley Challenges is a multi-day activity including a faculty webinar, online group work and group presentations. During this event – Leading Change with Foresight for Growth - you will hear from the esteemed Professor Bernd Vogel, Jennifer Bryan and Steve Wells. The purpose of the session is to generate an over-arching change strategy (vision) for your organisation and define how to deliver a change plan in the context of the four different future scenarios. We anticipate there to be several different outcomes for attendees including:
- A new or revised vision of growth for your organisation and/or yourself
- Ability to define the type of change you are dealing with
- Change plans outlined considering the four different scenarios and any assumptions you have made
- Articulate your first steps to action, including what, when, why and how
After the webinar, you will then form working groups to explore the topic in more depth, bringing their own perspectives to the topic. In our second session on 15th December, the groups will present their thoughts and findings to all and receive feedback from the panel. If you have a colleague or friend who you feel could bring something to the discussion, or who could really benefit from this session, please do share the details with them.
Online booking is now closed. Please contact the team if you still wish to attend.
