The Leader as Coach (Dubai)
Henley Business School alumni and business contacts are warmly invited to attend a morning knowledge session and networking reception in Dubai on 20 February 2019.
Dr Jonathan Passmore, Director of The Henley Centre for Coaching, will be delivering an exciting interactive session on the topic of The Leader as Coach, shedding light on how you can get the best out of diverse people in your team. In this session, Jonathan will talk about different styles of leadership and why and how leaders can adopt coaching as a default style to liberate their teams and maximise organisational performance.
The programme will also include an update from the Henley alumni community. This will be a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with the local network and learn about the other international chapters across the globe to see how Henley is a truly international business school.
We would like to give you the opportunity to bring a business contact or two who you think may also be interested in attending. If this is of interest, please register your guest when booking your place.
