On Saturday 16 May, join us for a hour and half taster lecture webinar. The lecture, Leadership repertoire and shared energy in testing times, presented by Professor Bernd Vogel, Director of Henley Centre for Leadership.

The taster session will give you a glimpse at the learning dynamics of a typical MBA workshop. We will work on how your personal experience of leadership and the perception of typical sets of leadership behaviour matches the current business contexts. While many organisation at present are rightly focussing on the overall performance of their organisations and the individual well-being of their employees and managers, this session will look at the link between the two. We will give an insight how thinking in what we call the shared energy focusses on leading a crucial precursor for short-term and long-term performance.
