Henley Regatta Picnic 2025

Join us on 5 July 2025, as we celebrate 80 years of Henley Business School and the penultimate day of the Henley Royal Regatta with our annual Henley Regatta Picnic.

Situated at our picturesque Greenlands campus, come along to enjoy a relaxing day out by the river Thames with friends, family, and reconnect with fellow Henley Business School Alumni. To book your place, please click here.

The day has a great selection of activities for everyone:

Games and activities for kids of all ages
A boat ride along the Thames (pre-booking is required)
Musical entertainment
BBQ or Fish & Chips lunch prepared by Greenlands (separate purchase required, pre-payment will be available)
Afternoon Teas (pre-booking is required)
Fully stocked bar
Ice cream truck (limited to taking cash only, we apologise for any inconvenience)

Pack your gazebos, unearth your picnic blankets and don your straw boaters!

Parking
There is parking in the field on site, however should you require disabled access parking please contact alumni@henley.ac.uk and we will reserve a space for you at the front of the building.

Pets
Please note only trained assistance animals are allowed on site.

Weather
We hope for an exceedingly sunny British summer day, however please plan for wet weather.
