Description
Becoming a new-parent employee is a time when the personal and professional intersect.
In this interactive webinar, we’ll explore best practice in coaching programmes that support employees and employers around the time of parental leave. By hearing about research and experience, you’ll find out the importance of coaching at this time, the key issues that arise for employees, and how employers can best support them.
You’ll have the chance to think about your own experiences and observations, and to reflect on the impact of this unique life stage on an employee’s development. You will be encouraged to think about how you might apply this in an individual and group coaching environment.
Accreditations
By attending this event live, you will receive 1 CCEU unit from the ICF and 1 CPD hour from the AC.
