The IDEAFEST Workshop is an opportunity offered to students who intend to enter the Competition. The Workshop will provide students with some insights into the theory and practice of business idea generation and development. It will be held on 17th January 2019, 10:30am, in room G10 of the Henley Business School building (Whiteknights campus).

The IDEAFEST Workshop will include talks by Jurek Sikorski, Executive Director of Henley Centre for Entrepreneurship, Dr Norbert Morawetz, Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship, and a panel consisting of winners of past IDEAFEST Competitions offering their top tips and explaining the contest from a student perspective.

11:15am, Protecting your Business Idea (Jurek Sikorski)

- What makes your idea different?

- How can you stay ahead of copycats and competitors?

11:45am, Seven Principles for Winning IDEAFEST (Norbert Morawetz)


12:15pm, Panel with Past IDEAFEST Winners (moderated by Jurek Sikorski)
