Identifying your strengths and selling yourself

Maddy Woodman is the Learning and Development Manager in the Henley Careers and Professional Development Team, and has additional responsibilities relating to Diversity and Inclusion. She’s particularly interested in ensuring that everyone can bring their best self to the workplace.

This session will:

• Talk about Strengths – what they are and why they are so important
• Help you start identifying your strengths
• Explain how to talk about your strengths positively, so that recruiters will clearly see their value
