Kieler Woche 2019 (Germany)

After Henley Alumni Germany's successful "scouting" activities at this year's Kiel Week, they will now host an official event at the 2019 Kieler Woche, the largest sailing event in the world, and would like to invite all Henley Business School alumni and their families to join them.

Beside being part of the Windjammerparade (tall ship parade), attendees will have lectures from various Henley Professors and learn about “Heads Together and Row”. The event will also give you the opportunity to meet world champions from different sailing categories on the stage of the VIP tent.

As hotel rooms are hard to get get during such a popular event, Henley Alumni Germany has made reservations in 2 hotels for interested attendees. Please see options below:

  Double Room for 2 children: 280 per day incl. breakfast
  Hotel is located in the city of Kiel, where other cultural activities like concerts happen. A limited number of rooms is held for us until 28 March 2019. Depending on availability, rooms can still be booked after that date. Rooms booked quoting ‘Henley Alumni’ can be cancelled free of charge before 5 April 2019. After that date, payments for reserved rooms need to be made in full no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival.

  Singe Room: 190 Euros per day incl. breakfast
  Double Room: 230 – 290 Euros per day incl. breakfast
  Family friendly - offers beds for babies and children for an additional fee dogs are welcome as well for an additional fee. Hotel is located directly at the beach and around 10 minutes walk from the sailing events. Our reservation is held for us until 30th November 2018. Rooms have to be paid by 1 March 2019 and bookings cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, the full payment is applicable.
