John is a seasoned CEO, investor, and board advisor with over 25 years of experience scaling and transforming B2B tech-enabled, data-driven businesses. He has led multiple PE/VC-backed investments and exits, delivering investor returns of up to 8x. With a proven track record of driving sustainable growth, he has grown companies from $20m to $200m in revenue, expanded internationally, and launched market-leading GRC, ESG and carbon management platforms. A hands-on commercial leader, John is passionate about building high-performing teams and reshaping go-to-market strategies. He holds an Executive MBA from Henley and engineering degrees from the University of Liverpool.
