Description
In the face of today’s climate crisis, leadership requires more than strategy – it demands personal and systemic transformation. This immersive one-day programme invites you to uncover your unique role in driving sustainable change by first looking inward. Through guided reflection and interactive dialogue, you will explore the deep interconnection between yourself, others and the environment. This inner awareness becomes the foundation for clarifying your purpose as a sustainability leader and adopting a systemic approach to complex challenges.
We’ll explore how to apply this systemic approach to real-world sustainability challenges, as well as how this inner shift in mindset can fuel creativity, build shared purpose and inspire collective action to address them. By embracing a systems perspective and a renewed sense of responsibility, you will leave equipped to galvanise teams, influence meaningful change and co-create solutions to the most urgent issues facing business and the planet.
