Description
The future of work relies on leaders being able to implement AI ethically so they can ensure that technology empowers, not replaces, humanity in the workplace of tomorrow.
The rise of AI in the workplace brings undeniable benefits: increased efficiency, personalised learning, and now – tailored coaching. Yet, amidst the algorithms and automation, a crucial question emerges: can we retain our humanity in this increasingly digital landscape?
My recent book chapter delves into how a reliance on AI risks dehumanising the workplace, eroding human interaction and connection. To navigate this complex terrain, we must strike a balance. This webinar will discuss how personalised AI tools, while offering individual optimisation, raise concerns about bias, discrimination and privacy. It will highlight that prioritising human interaction, focusing on human-centric design and fostering transparency and trust, are essential in enabling a human-based workforce to work.
Learning Outcomes
This session will help you:
- gain an insight into what is an AI-dehumanised workplace, and how human-centred design can mitigate some of the risks of dehumanisation
- gain a deeper understanding of the value of emotional intelligence in navigating the human side of AI integration.
- explore the critical role of empathetic leadership and open communication in creating a supportive work environment that prioritises human connection in an AI world of work
Who this is for
For leaders who want to gain more of an insight into ethical AI in the workplace, including those in non-tech roles.
