Description
This webinar will be based largely on Kriss’s personal journey from abandonment to glittering success. He will create an environment where participants will be open to their own experience and bring some of themselves into the session. Kriss will share his experience of having to redefine himself and take responsibility for his life and future at an early age, and will ask us to reflect on how we might each redefine ourselves post-Covid. He will explore with the group what he has learnt about the identification of talent, mentoring, building trust and a team, and the power of diversity and inclusion.
Kriss will take us behind the scenes of the world-class athletics arena, and will offer his insights on strategy implementation and unleashing high performance.
The session will be high-energy and punchy. And of course, wherever Kriss goes, his signature laugh is never far behind.
