Financial Times ranks Henley Executive Education programmes in UK top 5

Financial Times Exec Ed ranking 2024

This year’s Financial Times Executive Education 2024 ranking sees Henley rated again as one of the world’s top business schools for its open and custom programmes.

Designed to empower learners to increase their personal impact and organisational performance, Henley’s open-enrolment programmes maintained their leading position, ranking 3rd in the UK, as well as ranking within the top 20 in Europe and top 25 in the world for the fifth consecutive year.

Co-designed with our clients to tailor to their organisations’ individual requirements, Henley’s custom programmes ranked 5th in the UK, top 25 in Europe, and top 30 in the world.

This year Henley Business School secured its highest published overall satisfaction score from both its open programme delegates and custom programme clients.

Henley’s mission to advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion is reflected in its clean sweep yet again for faculty diversity, ranking 1st in the UK, Europe and the world for its open and custom programmes.

A truly international institution, Henley's custom programmes are also ranked 1st in the UK and 2nd in the world and in Europe respectively for international clients. Henley is also one of just seven business schools with delivery in Africa to feature in this prestigious annual ranking.

Karis Burton, Head of Corporate Development at Henley Business School, said:

“This is an outstanding achievement. Henley has maintained its strong performance in a highly competitive marketplace, even in a year marked by unprecedented changes and the emergence of many new entrants. The FT rankings affirm that Henley remains a world-class business school, offering premier executive education programs that drive impact and transformation in the business world. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all my Henley colleagues for their extraordinary efforts and dedication.”

The annual Financial Times ranking is a worldwide league table of executive education programmes and is a highly regarded indicator of quality. 80 schools from around the world were ranked by the FT for open programmes in 2024, and 90 schools for custom programmes, with clients’ scores determining 80% of the total ranking.
