Henley Business School ranked UK 7th in the Financial Times European Business Schools Ranking 2024

Henley maintains its position in the Financial Times (FT) European Business Schools Rankings 2024, ranking 2nd amongst schools with delivery in the Nordic region, 7th in the UK and 35th overall in Europe.

The FT’s rankings is an assessment of the quality of European business schools educational provision. The evaluation is derived from performance across the range of individual 2024 FT rankings of MBAs, Executive MBA (EMBA), Masters in Management (MiM) degrees, and Open and Custom non-degree Executive Education programmes. Henley currently participates in all of these rankings with the exception of the Global (full-time) MBA.

Highlights of Henley’s individual rankings are:

Executive MBA

Our Executive MBA programmes ranked number 1 amongst schools with delivery in the Nordic region, number 5 in the UK and number 30 in Europe.

Henley alumni reported an average salary of $185,504 just three years after completing their EMBA, registering an average 49% salary increase. This percentage salary increase saw Henley place number 2 amongst schools with delivery in the Nordic region, number 10 in UK and number 41 in Europe.

Masters in Management

Our overall position for the Masters in Management programme is number 5 in the UK and number 66 in Europe.

Henley alumni recorded an average salary of $53,230 three years after completing their MiM, registering an average 45% salary increase. This percentage salary increase sees us place number 6 in the UK and number 41 in Europe for this measure.

Executive Education

Henley's custom programmes placed at number 21 in Europe, number 5 in the UK and number 2 amongst schools with delivery in the Nordic region. Our open programmes also placed at number18 in Europe, number 3 in the UK and number 2 amongst schools with delivery in the Nordic region.

Henley’s international and diverse faculty

Henley has progressed across all gender measures while continuing to strive to commit to staff and student diversity. Additional criteria includes:

- Henley retained its UK number one position for percentage of female full-time faculty

- Our Europe position for percentage of female full-time faculty also saw an improvement, rising to Number 12

Reflecting Henley’s commitment to championing diversity and women in leadership, we are pleased to retain our top UK position (1st) for the percentage of female full-time faculty (48%), for which we also placed at number 2 in the Nordics and number 12 in Europe.

Henley is also ranked in the top 25 in Europe for the percentage of international faculty (74%) and in the top 40 for the percentage of faculty with a doctoral degree (99%).
