Accelerating careers after graduation

Henley placed in the top 20% of business schools globally for career outcomes, which is based on two key metrics:

  • Graduates promoted: Within 12 months of graduating, 78% of Henley Executive MBA graduates secured a promotion.
  • Salary increase: Henley Executive MBA graduates reported an average salary increase of 37%, based on pre- and post-programme earnings.

We are respected by employers

Our Executive MBA programme is highly regarded by employers who recognise that we produce job-ready graduates. Henley improved its employment reputation indicators, recording its highest score since Henley’s active participation in this ranking.

Our alumni mean business

Henley ranks in the world top 40 and Europe’s top 20 for the executive profile ranking, which reviews the level of work experience, management experience, and C-Suite experience typical of our programme’s students.

Anne Dibley, Head of Post-Experience and Apprenticeship Programmes, said:

"We are very proud of our strong QS performance, achieving our highest global ranking among the world’s top 100 Business Schools. We are particularly proud of our excellent results in class diversity and employability. We know that a diverse student body enhances the learning experience. At the same time, our clear focus on applied learning equips our MBA students with the skills they need to thrive in today’s volatile world."
