Henley improves across the board in student survey
The National Student Survey (NSS) results published this month capture the experiences of our final-year students.
Our NSS results this year have improved across all seven themes, with our students reflecting with increasingly positivity on their time at Henley year-on-year.
With satisfaction increasing across the board, the results showed:
- 89% student satisfaction with the organisation and management of their learning (up 4.3% from previous year)
- 85.7% student satisfaction with course teaching (up 5.3% from previous year)
- 88.8% student satisfaction with the quality of resources provided (up 2.4% from previous year)
Our commitment to preparing our students with all they need to succeed in the world of work is reflected in these results, whether through the quality of our teaching, the excellence of our feedback and assessments or the high value we place on listening and responding to the feedback of our students.
Dr Andrew Hull, Head of Undergraduate Programmes said:
"I am delighted by this year’s NSS results, which reflect the strength of the education we provide. It is particularly encouraging to see significant improvements in all measures across the School, as we commit to continually enhancing the student experience. These results are a credit to the dedication and hard work of colleagues across Henley, whose efforts help ensure that our students leave us with the knowledge and skills to thrive in their careers and with a strong sense of belonging and support throughout their time with us."
