Henley ranked in the world top 50 in the Financial Times Masters in Finance 2026 rankings
Key drivers of performance include alumni career outcomes, international course experience, diversity across faculty and students, and value for money
Henley maintains its position in the world’s top 50 (46) in the Financial Times (FT) Masters in Finance 2026 ranking. Henley was also ranked in Europe’s top 40 (39) and the UK’s top ten (7).
Alumni career progress and salary increases
Henley continues to deliver strong outcomes for its graduates, as reflected in post-programme career progression and employmentsuccess. Graduates report an average salary increase of 57% three years after graduating, placing Henley in the UK top three in this graduate earnings growth measure. Of those who were seeking employment, 77% of graduates were in employment three months after graduation.
Henley also places in the UK top 10 for value for money, which considers factors such as tuition fees, course length and alumni salaries.
Programme experience
Reflecting the international dimension of its curriculum and the opportunity awarded to students for exchanges and internships overseas, Henley continues to perform well in the international course experience measure. Henley places 1st in the UK for international course experience and at number 13 in the UK for overall satisfaction with programme experience.

Reflecting Henley’s commitment to student and staff diversity, its performance in the diversity measures (gender and international backgrounds) remains strong as it continues to rank in the UK’s top ten for each criteria, including women on the school advisory board, women faculty, and women and international students.
Sustainability
Henley also performs well in the sustainability measures, placing in the world’s top 15 (12) in the Carbon Footprint reduction measure,reflecting its and the University’s green credentials and commitment to working towards net zero carbon emissions targets.
