International career support: Chinese students returning home
Henley Business School’s support is not just limited to the UK, we are committed to supporting students. For example, we have established a strategic partnership with mShare (实习僧), China's leading internship and careers platform, to provide structured employment support for students planning to return to China after graduation. The programme covers the full journey from career preparation through to job offer.

Comprehensive support including bilingual CV development, mock interviews with structured feedback, and industry-specific coaching.
Employer connections
Through established recruitment channels with partner employers in China, participants are connected to real interview opportunities — removing the reliance on cold applications. Partner employers span real estate and asset management, financial services, management consulting, technology, and international business, aligning with the career paths of Henley's MSc graduates.
Guaranteed internship
For students who need to build China-based work experience, the programme provides internship placements through its employer network.
