For over two decades, Achim has worked with startups and global corporations to get to the root causes of sustainability challenges and co-create innovative solutions. He has strategically guided teams at companies like Roche, Novartis, Bayer and Porsche as they navigate complex sustainability and ethics questions and develop purposebased growth strategies. He leads a systemic coaching programme at Cologne University and works with twentyfifty.co.uk, a responsible business consultancy. He is also acting CCO of craigberoch.org.
