Adeola is an executive coach with a particular passion for leadership coaching at all levels of an organisation. Prior to training as a coach, Adeola was a chartered civil engineer for over 30 years. She led large teams involved in operational delivery while developing the people within them and delivering change. Adeola also holds an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley.
As a coach, Adeola’s approach is eclectic, enabling her to journey with clients from a place of unconditional positive regard, and she brings all of who she is to her practice. Adeola works with her clients to add clarity and insights that ultimately enables them to make informed choices. She also provides coaching as part of leadership development for female leaders identifying as Black.In addition to her coaching practice, Adeola continues to bring her leadership to the charity sector – both as a trustee and as a leader for Transforming Lives for Good and as a trustee for Restore Hope Latimer and Dame Agnes Weston’s Royal Charity for the Naval Service (Aggies).
