Angus Morrison specialises in AI-era leadership, organisational capability and transformation. His work focuses on helping leaders understand how artificial intelligence is changing not only how work is performed, but what organisations are capable of achieving. He explores the implications for leadership, decision-making, organisational design and capability development as organisations move from experimentation with AI to enterprise-wide adoption.

Over a 30-year career, Angus has led complex transformation initiatives across retail, financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, healthcare and government. He has worked with organisations including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Unilever, Lloyds Banking Group, Virgin Media O2, the NHS and UK Government, helping leaders navigate large-scale business, technology and operating model change. His experience spans multichannel commerce, customer loyalty, personalisation, customer engagement and organisational transformation, helping organisations rethink and redesign how they operate, decide and create value.

Before his career in transformation, Angus served as a British Army Intelligence Officer, operating in environments characterised by uncertainty, incomplete information, rapidly evolving technology and distributed decision-making. The leadership challenges he encountered in those environments increasingly mirror those facing executives as AI reshapes organisations. His work draws on those experiences to help leaders build the judgement, adaptability and organisational capability required to succeed in conditions of continuous change.
